How do I care for my jewelry?

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed in 24-48 hours. If there is an issue with your order, you will receive an email in that time frame to get it resolved as soon as possible. Shipping speed depends on your selection when you check out and a tracking number will be emailed to you with your confirmation.

Hand Crafted?

Necklaces, bracelets and some earrings are assembled by myself, in my home studio. As is with hand crafted jewelry, the jump rings that connect chains and charms are closed with precision and tension. Be sure to handle each hand crafted piece with care.

Expertly Curated?

I source my raw materials along with cast items manufactured in bali and indonesia. Each item not hand crafted by myself has been carefully selected to bring harmony to the collection as well as expand selection for the customer.

 

What is Rhodium Plating? 

Rhodium is a precious metal in the family of platinum. It is extremely rare and too brittle to make jewelry out of, but is effective as a plating on white gold or Sterling Silver jewelry. Rhodium Plating can guard against scratches and gives a highly brightened surface.

Do you have any other necklace lengths available?

For now, all of our necklaces are 16" long with a 2" extender allowing for fits within that range. If you would prefer something longer, consider an additional extender to create even more layering opportunities. For other custom length options, visit our contact page to send us an inquiry.

 

Do you carry rings in half sizes?

We do not carry half sizes at this time, but make sure you sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of the home page so that you can be notified when we do start carrying half sizes!

 

Why is an item I want sold out? 

As this is a start-up, quantities are limited. If an item is sold out, it will be replenished VERY shortly. If you would like to be notified when it is back in-stock, just email customer service on our contact page, and we will make sure to let you know the minute you can place an order.
